NEW Calculated-Value Alerts: Define alert thresholds against calculated values, see them recorded in evaluation history, and preview formulas from a single reading while you author them.
NEW Alert Payload Push: Push alert events to configured endpoints end-to-end, with per-endpoint throttling. A throttle set to zero is now treated as “no throttle” rather than blocking all pushes.
Scoped Bulk Deletion: Deleting alert events by date range is now scoped to the active alert filter, so bulk deletion can’t reach past what’s on screen.

Devices & Organization

Organize larger fleets and see status change in real time.

NEW Device Systems (v1): Build a practical digital twin of a machine, room, building, or site by grouping its devices and related dashboards into named systems. The visual system map mirrors how those assets connect in the real world, giving teams one place to navigate the equipment and its live data through the web app and API.
Live Device-Status Updates: Online and offline changes now appear in the interface without a page reload.

Reliability & Fixes

Ask AI & Tags: Ask AI can find, update, and delete JSON or array-valued tags even when whitespace or property order differs, and it distinguishes a missing tag from a mismatched value or type. Alert thresholds sourced from tags stay tied to the correct tag when several share a key.
Smarter Device Connections: Get devices online faster with improved recognition and normalization of more MQTT topics and payload formats, plus clearer live status messages that show whether data is flowing and what needs attention.
Map Chart: Pin controls and information panels remain usable after zooming, panning, or resizing.

Session Continuity: Token rotation now replaces only the token being rotated, and temporary refresh failures preserve your local session, preventing cascade logouts and repeated login redirects.
Application-Scope Enforcement: Device operations and connectivity-alert routes now verify that the target device belongs to the active application, and out-of-scope devices appear as not found.
Private Conflict Responses: Duplicate external-ID conflicts no longer expose the name of a device outside your active application, and conflicts involving disabled devices return a controlled response instead of an error.

NEW FEATURE — Data Push: sends an arbitrary payload in real time from the neqto.ai server to a connected Device Endpoint. It can be used to deliver commands or data to a device on demand. It is available only for endpoints using the MQTT or WebSocket protocol (HTTP/HTTPS endpoints cannot receive a push).
Expanded Hardware Support: Enjoy broader EnOcean Equipment Profile (EEP) compatibility for a wider range of device types, alongside MQTT worker stability improvements for smoother data ingestion.

The “Zero” Fix: We resolved a display issue where Single Status Widgets would appear blank when a value was exactly 0. Your “zero” values will now render correctly, ensuring you have a true representation of your sensor data.
Flexible Widget Configuration: You can now clear or set the Duration Setting to an empty value on single widgets. This provides more flexibility when you want to remove specific time-constraints from your dashboard views.
